Our Friday morning rowing team is perfect for adults with experience rowing. This team sweeps and sculls, focusing on technique and conditioning. Rowers are responsible for accurately updating their availability on iCrew and to take turns rotating as coxswain. Practice may be held on land as conditions require. Please check weather forecasts before practice and come dressed appropriately for conditions.

Note: previous rowing experience required. These are all separate teams, select your day(s) a la carte. All Experienced registrations require a quarterly ($50) or annual ($180) KCRC membership and a US Rowing Membership ($20 renew/ $25 new).
