Returning Youth Rower Registration
If you’ve already participated in any prior KCRC Camps, please email info@kenmorerowing.org to reactivate your accounts – no need to create new ones!
New Youth Rower Registration
Setup Your iCrew Account
Create an iCrew account for you (as a parent) AND for each participating child. Your parent account allows you to pay program fees as well as access and submit all of the required paperwork for the programs. Your child’s account allows them to notify the coaches of any planned absences and may be used to make other announcements as needed.
- To start the iCrew registration process, use this link to create an iCrew account for yourself (parent).
- Repeat the registration process to create your child’s account.
- After you have created accounts for all of your participating children, you must link your accounts together as a family unit. First, log into your parent account. Then, go to this link.
- Select all of your family members in the member list shown. Then press the “Create a Family Unit” button to link your accounts together.
Register for Camp(s)
- Log in as your child.
- From the Your Home page, select Teams, Join a Team. Locate the correct team, and click the “add person” icon.
- Repeat this process if additional teams are desired. iCrew will default to the payment page once one team is joined, but Step 2 may be repeated until all desired camps/teams have been joined.
- Required fees and documents will be added to the child’s account.
Complete Remaining Requirements By Two Weeks Before Camp Start
Join US Rowing. A membership in US Rowing is required for all camps. Use this link to join (this fee goes directly to USRowing, not our club. $20-$25/year – if this provides a hardship for your family, please reach out to us and we can assist with a fee waiver)
Required documents include a signed photo release form, swim test form (you may do at the pool of your choice), and review of US Rowing Safety Video. Downloadable files on iCrew. (we can create links to downloads on our website)
McMenamins North Shore Lagoon offers free swim tests for KCRC campers. You need to call and reserve a time (does not include additional open swim). Thank you to McMenamins for providing this service to the community and supporting KCRC. Call and reserve (425) 219-4359.
Other public pools offer Swim tests for a fee (usually ~$10). Call your local pool to inquire and reserve.
