Note: KCRC has updated its 2025 Membership and Registration options. This new system will go into effect APRIL 1st 2025! Please read below for further information.
New Rowers
- New rowers should first register for rowing in iCrew! Please choose the program that’s right for you from the programs offered below and sign up here using registration CLUB CODE: KRC2022. If you already have an iCrew account, be sure to log on rather than creating a new account.
- A USRowing membership is required for all classes. If you aren’t already a USRowing member, you can join here. The Basic membership is $20-$25/year. You are also required to attest you watched the USRowing Safety Video (YouTube).
- KCRC members are required to have a float test on file. Please print our waiver and take with you to the pool of your choice, and the lifeguard will conduct the assessment. Swim tests are valid for 5 years.
Returning Rowers
If you already have an iCrew account, you can quickly add yourself to teams and/or waitlists by going to this page. If you’ve been inactive with the club for more than 1 month, your account was archived. Please email info@kenmorerowing.org to re-activate your iCrew account.

Membership and Registration FAQ’s
How do I sign up for rowing sessions now that day-based “teams” (i.e. Sunday team, Tuesday team, etc.) are going away?
If you’d like to sign up for sessions in bulk you can do so in iCrew from your home page. Navigate to “Your Attendance Plan” then to “Bulk Opt in/out” then select the days/time you want and save. You can also sign up for single sessions on an ad hoc basis by navigating to “Your Attendance Plan” then scrolling down to the session you’re interested in and toggling “Not Attending” to “Attending”.
When is the deadline for signing up for or removing yourself from sessions? Is there a fee for late drops or no-shows?
Please be sure to sign up for or remove yourself from sessions by at least 4 PM the day before. Going forward, in order to improve accountability and help coaches / rowers benefit from advanced planning, drops after 7 PM the night before or no-shows will incur a fee of $15 or a rowing punch. Even if it’s after 7 PM, please alert your coach via email, team snap, or text as soon as you are aware you’ll be missing practice. Exceptions will be made for last minute illness or emergency absences. Thank you for your help in keeping practices as efficient and effective for your team as possible!
What if I’m joining Adult Learn-to-Row or a Youth Summer camp, do I need a membership?
No! If you’re looking to join our Adult Learn-to-Row or Youth Summer camps all you need to do is – create an iCrew account, register + pay for your chosen Team(s), and upload the required documents. No membership or further registrations are required. (If you choose to continue with KCRC after Adult LTR, then further Membership and Registration options will be required)
What happens to punches I have previously purchased (rowing / fitness)?
Your punches do not go away! KCRC admins will be transitioning all your existing punches to the new system and they will retain their dollar value. For example, if you have two $30 rowing punches (old price) in your account, you will now have four $15 punches in your account (new price).
Can I pause or cancel my monthly membership or unlimited rowing pass? How do I restart it?
Yes! You can cancel your unlimited rowing pass at any time before the 1st of the month and you will not be charged. If you would like to pause or cancel your Rowing Membership, you can do so at any time, but you must email info@kenmorerowing.org at least 5 business days before the 1st of the month so we can cancel your membership. To restart your membership or unlimited rowing pass, you can just re-enroll via iCrew.
What do I do if I’m on vacation / traveling and will be missing rowing? Do you offer proration?
We do not offer pro-rates on Membership fees but we DO offer pro-rates for unlimited rowing passes. Email info@kenmorerowing.org at least 5 business days before the 1st of the month to request a pro-rated unlimited rowing fee. If you are a punch-card rower, you are only charged for sessions you attend, so no action is needed (other than signing out of the relevant sessions)!
What if I want to join as a KCRC rowing member in the middle of the month?
Before paying the fee, let info@kenmorerowing.org know and we will adjust that first month to the nearest (25%, 50%, 75% or 100%) depending on when in the month you join.
If I’m a KCRC adult rowing member, how do I sign up for Social Saturdays or Ergfit?
Social Saturdays and Ergfit classes are included in your KCRC Adult Rowing Membership. To attend, log into iCrew, from your home page navigate to “Your Attendance Plan” scroll down to the date of the practice you wish to attend and toggle the attendance to on. Make sure to do this at least 4 PM the day before practice so that coaches can plan and create lineups accordingly.
What’s the scoop with financial aid?
KCRC remains committed to ensuring that anyone who wants to row, can row, regardless of financial situation. If you are currently receiving financial aid, your percent reduction will automatically apply to your new membership, unlimited rowing, and punch-card fees. If you would like to request financial assistance, please fill out our simple request form found here. Financial aid approval is valid for one-year, at which point you can reapply.
How do I get the family membership discount?
Adult rowers in the same family as another full-price member are eligible for a 15% discount on membership fees. Each family member must have an iCrew account. Once all accounts are created, go to this link and mark each family member’s checkbox, then click “Create Family Unit.”. Your discount will automatically apply to your monthly membership fees.
