    As you know, an efficient coxswain can be the difference between a good practice and a great practice! We’ll go over the primary responsibilities of a coxswain including safety for the rowers/equipment, proper calls (when picking up, carrying, and placing boat into water), mechanisms of steering, and CONFIDENCE! Everyone will one day be a coxswain at practice so this clinic is highly recommended before you get put into the coxswain seat.     Program - 2025 Youth Winter Training Program, 6 week program All rowers will be divided into an ADVANCED and INTERMEDIATE group, based on their rowing experience. Please sign your rower up for the team that best fits their abilities.  Teams 2025 Youth ADVANCED Winter Training Team will mimic the competitive rowing season with a training plan to build fitness as well as technique.
