Punch Card drop in classes You do not need experience to participate in land training, though strength and erg focus will be on conditioning ‘the rower’. This team sweeps and sculls, focusing on technique and conditioning. Rowers are responsible for accurately updating their availability on iCrew and to take turns rotating as coxswain. Practice may be held on land as conditions require. Please check weather forecasts before practice and come dressed appropriately for conditions. Note: previous rowing experience required.
